What is the pet policy?
Maximum of 3 pets per apartment home. Pets are subject to a one-time fee and monthly pet rent. The following is a list of all restricted dog breeds; the list applies to both purebred and mixed breeds:
Rottweiler, Pit Bull, American or Bull Staffordshire Terrier, American Bulldog/Bull Terrier, Chow, German Shepherd, Doberman, Malamute, Akita, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Cane Corso, Presa Canario, Wolf dog hybrid, Mastiff (Bull, Neapolitan, Toso Inu), Husky, Scottish Deerhound, Irish Wolfhound, Komondor, Borzoi, Dalmatian.
 
What are the assigned schools?
Many residents attend the following schools: Sonny Carter Elementary School, Howard High School, and First Presbyterian Day School. Inquire with the leasing office for more information.

What is the parking policy?
Parking is available on a first come, first serve basis.

Can visitors park overnight?
Yes, visitors are welcome to park overnight.

Are utilities included in the price of rent?
No, utilities are not included.

Are short-term rentals available?
Our community offers lease terms from 2-15 months in length.

Are homes equipped with smart devices?
Yes! All homes include a smart home technology package in partnership with SmartRent.
